It is important to keep caring for your skin in between hair removal treatments. Whether you go into a Pro or do it at home – your skin care can make or break what happens to you hair between treatments or visits. Not sure how? Here are a few tips and products to keep your skin smooth and bump free all year long.
Dead skin builds up every day – treat hair removal areas, a little bit every day, to eliminate and prevent ingrown hair, bumps and rash. Use what the pros recommend to their hair removal clients – all over the USA!
Enzymatic & Physical exfoliation on wax/shave areas. Natural, organic and perfect for all skin types: Bikini Kitty & Dirty Dog Skin Care Kits
Bikini Kitty and Dirty Dog 2 pc kits cover all the bases. This kit includes an exfoliating, AHA/BHA over-night spray and a dry body, exfoliating brush to use in the morning. This kit will loosen dead skin that can clog hair follicles as well as physically lift up any hair that may potentially grow under skin.
What is AHA/BHA spray? It is the perfect blend of glycolic and lactic acids, as well as willow bark and aloe. It leaves your skin silky smooth and fabulous everywhere you apply it. This is not only good for your hair removal areas, but it is also great to use on acne, scars and… any mistakes on self tanner. Because it is such a great exfoliator it will clear the away dead skin anywhere you use it. Prep for tanning by applying and letting it work for at least 4 hours, two times in 24 hrs prior to your spray on tanner – it will go on perfectly. Be careful after your tan is in place – it can lift color too.
What is Dry Body Brushing? Dry Body Brushing in hair removal areas, each morning, will un-curl potential ingrown hairs, physically lift away dead skin that was loosened overnight with your AHA/BHA spray. This is a huge step to success – don’t overlook it! Target hair removal areas such as arm-pits and the groin. These are lymph areas and this dry brushing has the potential to stimulate better health, clarity and help clear up allergies, fatigue and head colds.
If you shave – do it correctly!
Everything you need is in our Full Body Shave Kits – for men (Dirty Dog) and women (Bikini Kitty). Using the correct razor is key – do you know the secret of the single blade? It has the power to cut hair and NOT create ingrowns like multi-blades do. Find more tricks your grooming knowledge may be missing.
