What should you eat ?
Yesterday we discussed that you need a nutritional template if you’re truly committed to having the healthiest and most attractive body possible.
A nutritional template just means, a meal plan.
A lot of people make the mistake of thinking they need a SPECIAL PLAN designed to meet their individual needs and that is a MISTAKE, at first.
Eventually you can incorporate some more advanced nutrition techniques but if you’re not flaunting a ripped six-pack, right now, or exuberating all-day energy, you are probably swimming in water too deep.

The two keys of muscle building

This is the first thing I want to mention in here because it’s
absolutely crucial to muscle building. It also builds on what you
have already learnt about the body’s response to muscular stress.
If you think back, you’ll remember that the body builds muscle due
to increased periodic stress. So it makes sense that to build
maximum muscle, you need to stress your muscles out as much as
possible while you’re in the gym.

A Candle In A Dark Week; Defeating Inflammation
Unless you hitched a ride on NASA’s Lunar Orbiter, you’ve heard the news.
In a single day, we lost two people that almost everyone in this country, if not this world, felt as if they knew personally.

We lost Farrah Fawcett to cancer. But this week a promising new cancer drug has a large number of folks highly optimistic.
And of course we lost Michael Jackson. We don’t know why yet. I wonder if we ever will.

Why Cardio Doesn’t Work for Fat Loss
Cardio exercise is such a strange thing. In theory, it should work
so perfectly well for all men and women, but as anyone who has
tried it knows, the practicality of it just doesn’t add up.
After all, some men and women do cardio 6 hours, 9 hours, or more per week, and still have belly fat to burn. On the other hand, it works just fine for others.
British researchers wanted to get more insight into this paradox, and studied 35 overweight men and women, who weren’t previously exercising.

Want a Drink?
And no I don’t mean a cocktail at dinner…
I’m talking about the high sugar, high fructose corn syrup, caramel colored, frappa something, mocha something drinks that most people are drinking all day long. This has to be one of the top reasons most people have such a hard time reaching and maintaining their ideal weight or battling chronic fatigue and other health concerns: They are drinking tons of sugar without even knowing it!
