Half-kneeling archer row:

This is also one of the widely practiced shoulder exercises. To perform this exercise, you have to kneel with only a left knee on the ground, after doing so grasp a light resistance band in both hands and engage your glutes and abs. Now straight up your right arm while tightening your back muscles. Then bring your left hand close to your right elbow and pull the band apart with your right hand( like you are pulling a bow) squeezing your back and your shoulder muscles while bending your elbow as you do this.

Plank raise tap crunch:

Another great form of closed-chain shoulder exercise for strengthening your shoulder muscles. This bodyweight move also works your core. For doing this effective shoulder exercise, you should straighten your arms in a plank position with your shoulders stacked above your hands and your feet hip-width apart, then extend your right arm forward, and place it back down into the plank. Now extend your right arm to the side, then place it back down into the plank. While keeping your body in a straight line, reach your left arm under your body, pull your right leg toward your core, and tap your right foot with your left hand and return to the plank position. Repeat these reps for the opposite sides too.
