Muscles in 7 Minute’s , It is possible !
Dear AtoZfitness visitor,
My time is very limited these days (and who’s isn’t ). HOWEVER, with Jon Bensons new 7 Minute Muscle I am not only managing to keep the 35lbs I lost from the Combat The Fat Challenge but I am adding good solid muscle mass and still burning fat in only 7 minutes a day. Or 16 minutes if you count the 9 minutes of cardio that goes with the 7MM program
This time I also have my wife, Sarah monitoring my progress. I was surprised at the pump I’d get in just 7 minutes, and how I would feel the soreness for 2-3 days after a workout.
Friends and co-workers are noticing a difference, one of them burst out a "Wow Boss, you’re pumped!" just yesterday.
It’s a nice feeling when you get comments like this. OK, who am I kidding? It’s a great feeling and it is one you can experience too simply by going to your local gym, or training from your home, for a mere 7 minutes a day 5 days a week (+ 9 minutes cardio which is fact is just 3 minutes hard(er) sprint between 3 minutes each of warm-up and cool-down).
You may get some looks and comments from other gym members who think you’re nuts, but in a few weeks they’ll be coming to you to find out what you’re doing, the results are that good.
Sarah and I are both using 7MM in combination with Jon Benson’s Every Other Day Diet and we are both seeing great results both on the fat loss front and the muscle building one. Yes, we are waging war on two fronts simultaneously, and it is working.
