I'm sure you've heard how important "post-workout" protein is for jump starting the whole "recovery process" and begin building muscle, right?

				And it's TRUE…but here's what kills me…

It's not like your triceps are just kicking back after your
dumbbell kickbacks, waiting for you to end their abuse BEFORE they begin their recovery.

WHILE you workout, your body is ALREADY trying to manage the damage you're putting it through!

So why wait until the end of your workout to provide your muscles with the 'support' they need to grow?

				=====================
Here's what to do…
=====================

Add some "Branched Chain Amino Acid" (BCAA) powder to yourworkout drink!

BCAA's are basically "broken down protein" so it's safe and rapidly consumed by your starving muscles.

That means that by consuming them DURING your workout, you'll basically "SHOTGUN" the nutrients you need into your muscles at a time when they're screaming for help.

BCAA powder can be found in bulk powder form very inexpensively online.

The powder is relatively tasteless so you can even add it to plain water if you're brave or use a powdered drink mix.

Just add about 10 – 15 grams of BCAA powder to your workout drink and you'll see faster results!

This is actually just one of several "sneaky supplement tricks" that a friend of mine uses to master the use of supplements for more muscle and less fat.

				=====================
His biggest secret?
=====================

Teaching you how to make your OWN supplements!

				 http://budurl.com/makeyourownsupps <= What they're keeping from you!

Look, I know you've already heard me mention this process before
but the reason is, it's truly a freakin' "no brainer".

I'm sure you're as sick as I was, paying outrageous prices for
name brand supplements that you "hope" are working.

Why pay so much just in hopes that your supplements will perform
like the ad said it would?

Do you REALLY trust the supplement companies?

So why not KNOW (without a doubt) that you're getting the results
you're looking for and save up to 98% on your supplements?

And no…that's NOT a typo! You really can save up to 98%!

You don’t need to be a laboratory scientist to do this…it’s
actually amazingly simple if you know how!

Want to see just how simple it really is?

Here's a 4-step process you can use yourself to create your very
own powerful supplement formulas…

http://budurl.com/makeyourownsupps <= Sneakiest Supplement Trick EVER!

Once you read this report, you’ll never look at supplements the
same way again…

…and you won’t have to go broke in your quest for more muscle
and less fat!

You need to check this out!

				Lewis

P.S. – You really can't wait on this! There's a special "supplement recipe" that goes away TODAY (Friday) that you're going to want to see.

It's a bit controversial but I'm sure you're "adult" enough to handle it.

You'll see it at the bottom of the page when you go to this site
now:

				 http://budurl.com/makeyourownsupps  <= Last Day!

Those of us who eat 45lb iron plates for breakfast LIVE for that awesome "pumped up" feeling you get after an intense set of bicep curls, right?

That muscle "pump" is the result of a naturally occurring molecule, nitric oxide (abbreviated "NO"), that dilates blood vessels, increasing blood flow throughout your body.

													Bottom line…

…the more nitric oxide you have in your body, the more of a "pump" you'll get from your curls, flyes, presses, etc.

(And yes…the "pump" DOES help increase muscle size as over time by promoting capillary expansion, increasing blood pathway size, and increasing nutrient update.)

So how can you increase your natural levels of nitric oxide for a better pump?

													=====================================

How To Increase Nitric Oxide NATURALLY…

													=====================================

About 30-45 minutes BEFORE your workout…

													…eat an ORANGE!

Oranges are high in VITAMIN C which are a potent "protector" of nitric oxide levels in your body, thereby making more available during your workouts.

Then, in your post-workout protein shake, throw in ANOTHER orange (preferred) or pour in about 1 cup of natural orange juice.

This double shot of vitamin C will pack a powerful pump punch that will have you feeling good…and looking good!

													=====================================

													Here's My Favorite Post-Workout Smoothie…

													=====================================

													In a blender, combine:

=> 1 cup of fat free plain yogurt
=> 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk
=> 1/4 cup raw honey
=> 1 whole orange or 1 cup natural orange juice
=> 5 frozen strawberries
=> 1/2 frozen banana
=> 2 Tbsp canola or flax oil
=> 2 scoops vanilla whey protein isolate powder

													Blend…chug…BUILD!

P.S. – If you're looking to REALLY jack up your pumps , then here's what to do…

I include a powerful, natural supplement combo to take before bed in the evening that will not only give you a wicked pump in the gym…

…but naturally shoot your muscle-building hormones through the roof for increased muscle mass!

One of my favorite sections of Men’s Health magazine is Jimmy THE BARTENDER which is a question and answer column on women, work and other stuff that “screws up men’s lives.”

I’m going to let Jimmy keep helping you out with women and work.

I’m going to take the next 5-days to answer your muscle and six-pack questions.

Question: What is your secret to staying ripped and muscular all year round?

Vince: The secret is that there is no secret; it’s all abut commitment, discipline, sacrifice and passion. You probably won’t like that answer because it’s all about “sweat equity.” It’s all about being in love with the lifestyle.

You need to fall in love with the natural high of working hard in the gym. Genetics can only take you so far, it’s all about taking the little things seriously.

The little things, those daily routines, is what makes or breaks your physique. You’ve got to want it more than anybody else and be willing to put in the extra mile, especially in terms of your diet.

Question: What is the best meal I can eat in the morning to fuel my muscles?

Vince: This is the first thing that should be on your mind when you wake and this muscle muesli breakfast will do just the job. Mentally, having a meal with natural energy sources is the perfect way to set the tone for your day.

Mix 1 cup of cooked oats to get a slow-release carb and to keep your cholesterol in check. Add 2 cups of fat-free live yogurt to get a combination of carbs and proteins and probiotics. Probiotics help absorb magnesium, calcium and iron which are needed to maintain muscle growth.

Add a handful of mixed nuts which are rich in omega-6 fats and helps regulate digestion ensuring that slow release of energy. Add another handful of pumpkin seeds which can improve blood flow to your muscles during exercise.

Add a small handful of raisins, blueberries ans strawberries for an excellent source of antioxidants and to combat free radicals.

Add some organic honey which is high in zinc plus some cinnamon to taste. Cinnamon helps the cells absorb glucose better keeping energy high and controlling cholesterol.

Another trick is to soak the oatmeal in a cup of juice from an orange overnight in a Tupperware container so that when you wake up, add the extra ingredients and you’re good for the road. Make a second batch for a pre-workout meal and you’re lift like a champ.

Question: The body builders at my gym work each muscle group once a week. Is that enough?

Vince: It depends on your compensation curve. This is the wave like response your body has to any given workout. Lets say on Monday you trained your legs with squats and 3 other leg exercises. For the next 2-3 days you will be weaker from the damage your did to your muscles.

Then the wave comes back up and maybe 4-5 days later you’ll be stronger which means you recovered and experienced the training response. Also known as super compensation.

But lets say you wait a complete seven days before you train your legs again when you recovered after 5-6 days, you may miss the wave and actually become weaker than you were the previous week. The secret is finding how many days it takes to hit the top of the wave before it starts to drop again.

Since you’re more focused on building muscle, you’ll probably get better results using my system of working the major muscle groups 2-3 times a week, using different exercises.

Question: I am started to get bulky, but I want to be lean. Should I start doing higher reps or lighter weights?

Vince: It’s very rare that heavy weights will make you look bulky (ladies, listen up); it’s a heavy fork that is the offender. Your muscles grow on calories so if you’re getting bulky, I would be more interested in assessing your meal plan than training plan. Ladies, that goes for you especially.

Extra body fat is what makes you look bulky so put your efforts into fixing your diet. Your diet should be based around eating high-fiber vegetables and high-protein meals.

In the gym, stick to whatever weight training program you are currently doing. The same program that built the muscle will be the same program that keeps the muscle. The biggest difference would be focusing on doing more work in less time. Start to slowly lower your rest periods to 30-seconds to create a metabolic response to fry the fat. You will not need to go any shorter than that to lean down.

You’ve got muscle training problems - here are more answers.

Question: I have been doing various chest exercise for a while now but I am really struggling to get that line down the middle of my chest to give over all definition to the pecs. Are there any exercises that target that area?

Vince: Yes, and I will share an old school muscle training technique known as Pre-Exhaust training which is when you pre-fatigue a certain body part, in your case the chest, using an isolation or “single -joint” movement first followed by a compound or “multi-joint” movement.

Pre-exhaust training can over train beginners but will force your muscles to work twice as hard on the compound movements that follow to ensure you experience metabolic fatigue before neurological fatigue.

I am in fact experimenting with this old school muscle training technique for an upcoming program I’ll be releasing but here is what you can start adding before all your chest workouts:

Exercise 1: DB Chest Flys 2 sets of 10 with 60 sec rest. Focus on the greatest range of motion and keep your elbows slightly bent. Move the weight slow and controlled.

Exercise 2: Wide Grip Parallel Bar Dips 3 sets of 15 with 30 sec rest. Go as deep as possible and lean forward to take the stress off your triceps and emphasize the “middle line” of your chest.

Continue with the rest of your chest workout. This extra 5 minutes at the start will create a button-popping chest.

Question: I want to continue to build lean muscle whilst dropping body fat. Please help and explain how you achieve both simultaneously.

Vince: And I want to date Jessica Alba and Eva Longoria at the same time! You are better chasing one goal and putting all your effort into it. Chasing two goals at once often leads to frustration and very little change in either direction unless you have tremendous genetics, a complete beginner or using drugs. It is possible but typically happens by chance and most guys who experience a gain in muscle and lost in fat, simultaneously, can’t give you a good answer. Why? They got lucky!

Here’s my recommendation, choose one goal at a time. If you’re goal is to gain lean muscle mass and you happen to lose some fat in the process, consider it a bonus. If you’re goal is lose fat and you happen to gain some muscle in the process, consider it a bonus.

You got to give credit to the bodybuilders for figuring this out. They will spend half the year bulking, half the year cutting. The end result? A completely different physique. I recommend you do the same.

Question: What is your opinion on the whole dextrose/maltose/waxy maize with post workout shake? Is all that sugar necessary or is fruit yogurt and oats sufficient with a scoop of whey protein powder and milk?

Vince: There is no debate that the type of carbohydrate consumed and the time it is consumed post workout can influence your results positively or negatively. Marketers have leveraged this research to sell you the latest new “miracle” carb sources and waxy maize is the latest gimmick to claim more superior to dextrose and maltodextrin. The majority of info on this new “miracle carb” source is downright misinformation and from skewed research. Dextrose remains the fastest absorbing sugar and is dirt cheap, I don’t understand why you would even spend money on waxy maize.

Dextrose hits your blood stream faster than fruit or oatmeal so mixing dextrose with some protein powder is your top choice and may be more anabolic than the other combination’s you mentioned, but will not determine whether you grow or not.

As long as your seizing the “window of opportunity” with a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein (50 grams of carbs and 25 grams of protein post workout suits the average build), you’ll create a superior anabolic environment rather than missing this window that eventually closes after 1-2 hours.

Leave oatmeal for your post workout meal 1 hour after your post workout shake as it’s a slow-releasing carb. Use high GI carbs like honey, fruit, yogurt, chocolate milk or dextrose as your source of carbs and a whey protein powder as your form of protein. These foods will ensure you create an anti-catabolic environment to build muscle, not lose it.

No Nonsense Muscle Building, the #1 best-selling skinny guy muscle building on the Internet (as ranked by Clickbank.com), is a instantly downloadable 199 page muscle building manual.

hey there,

For today’s fat loss tip my buddy Tom Venuto was kind enough to let me to share this motivation/mindset question and answer that he recently answered on the Burn The Fat Inner Circle member forums because he thinks that self limiting beliefs are an issue that many people deal with and it’s one of the reasons people start to falter as early as late January or early February in their 2009 goal pursuits.

            QUESTION:

"Tom, I’ve followed your guidelines by writing down all my goals, and I’ve also identified all my self-limiting beliefs (and believe me there were a lot, including a belief that I didn’t deserve it).

Ok, but what do I do now? Do I visualize my goals or work on repeating my new beliefs? I also took the list of limiting beliefs and made a new list called ‘self enhancing beliefs’. This is the list of beliefs that I am wondering if I should affirm everyday until they sink in.
Should I do this BEFORE affirming my goals?

I Very much appreciate your advice.

            TOM VENUTO ANSWERS:

We could break this down into 2 major steps, 2 quick questions and
4 ways to challenge a limiting belief.

            STEP 1: IDENTIFY LIMITING BELIEFS

We’re well aware of some of our beliefs because beliefs about spirituality or politics or animal rights any other topic are the types of beliefs that are usually conscious.

But the beliefs that affect us the most in our physical development are NOT conscious. They are unconscious.

So the first step, which you’ve already done, is to make sure you’ve flushed them all out. For our readers who haven’t done this yet, here’s how:

            ————————————————
2 Quick Questions Will Draw Out Your Beliefs
————————————————

It pays to do this as a formal "exercise" with serious quiet time and pen and paper.

Question #1. What causes me to be overweight (or unhealthy, not having body I want, etc)?

Question #2. What’s preventing me from getting leaner?

            Spend some time with it.

Consider the answers; what you may come up with may be legitimate issues that you can deal with or which you have no control over, but either way, you will also see limiting beliefs flushed out through this questioning process.

Example: "I can’t because I have no time, I’m too old, I can’t stop eating, I hate exercise, You just can’t do it when you have 4 kids, after a hip replacement, it’s impossible…
And so on….

Thing is, those are not accurate facts. Those are beliefs (negative thought patterns) that hold you back.

            STEP 2: CHALLENGE THOSE BELIEFS

How do you challenge a belief? 4 ways:

            (A) Challenge it directly: is it even valid at all? See if you
can find a counter example. For example; you think that when
you’ve had 3 or 4 kids you cant get a nice flat stomach, meet
Maxine or Bonnie , or any one of our other super fit moms who have been profiled within the Inner Circle.

Now… if they did it, then how could this belief be valid?
Answer: It WASN’T valid! Your belief wasn’t true. You were
believing in something false and inaccurate and it was holding
you back!

Out of all the psychological techniques that we can apply to
create belief change, I have never found a way easier or better
than finding role models that are counter-examples, therefore
dis-proving a limiting belief.

            (B) Challenge the source: is it your belief, or have you been
living what someone else handed down to you? Just the realization
that a belief wasn’t yours to begin with is enough to shatter it.

            (C) Challenge the usefulness of the belief. Ok so you believed
something before, does still believing it has any usefulness today?
Does it help you move closer to what you want in your life?

            (D) Challenging the belief by weighing the consequences. If
you keep this belief what is it going to cost you? what will
the pain be like? What will you miss? And what will these
consequences be if you don’t change it NOW?

Last but not least, You’re RIGHT about "deservability." So start
with an affirmation every day that "I deserve it."

keep in mind that affirmations alone won’t do it in the case
of having feelings of unworthiness. You MUST take massive action.
The more action you take, the more you will feel "worthy" of
receiving.

That’s why it’s harmful to seek something for nothing; you
can’t get something for nothing in the long run anyway, but
even if you could, you would not feel worthy.

There would be an incongruous feeling inside you and you’d
sabotage yourself… kind of like those lottery winners who
win a million dollars overnight, but they never became millionaires (in their mind/self image), so they blow the money faster than they got it…

You can create affirmations about all kinds of things and work on
them at the same time – things you want to change, get, improve, attract. Goals get turned into affirmations. Beliefs can be written as affirmations.

Affirmations are simply stating your goals or your desired empowering belief in a way that your subconscious mind is receptive to.

The difference between a belief affirmation and a goal affirmation
is that goals all have end points. Beliefs don’t. Most of your
empowering beliefs you will want to keep. But when a goal is achieved, you have to set new ones.

So when you’ve found that belief that you know is limiting you,
write an affirmation for what belief you would want / need to
hold instead. Read it right along with your goals every day. Keep
it up until you start to see your behavior change and your results
fall in line with what you want.

If you’re diligent, you will see changes in attitude and
behavior with 21-30 days. It may take longer if you’ve carried
deep, lifelong, life-impacting limiting beliefs, but the roots
of the new pattern will be formed.

Then you can move on to another goal or belief you want
to work on… and the effect of changing a few beliefs one after another can be nothing short of life-transforming.

            Train hard and expect success,

Why do new year’s resolutions usually fail? Why do you start with guns blazing on January 1st, but by February, you’re losing motivation, cheating on your diet, skipping workouts, and slipping back into old patterns? John LaValle, a master trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) suggests that we should take a closer look at the meaning behind the word “Resolution.” Being derived from the word “re-solve," it really means “to solve again.” And isn’t that exactly what happens? You solve the same problem again and again, year after year?

You know what I’m talking about… That 20 pounds you lost last year, and promptly gained it right back… you are now resolving to take it off again aren’t you? The very nature of the word resolution implies gaining it back again.

Suggestion: don’t make resolutions. Set SMARTER goals.

Resolutions aren’t real goals. They’re more like wishes, and wishes are wishy-washy. A wish becomes a goal the moment you put it in writing. When you write your goals in a certain way, following scientific principles of success psychology, you’ll skyrocket your chances of getting what you want this year… and keeping it.

One of the most tried and true methods for goal achievement is the SMART goals formula. If you searched the net for SMART goals, you would probably find a dozen different variations on the SMART goal acronym. Here’s my version of SMART goals, along with a little extra to make them even SMART-ER.

            1. Specific. Set goals with clarity. Your mind does not respond well to vague generalities. If you say your goal is to lose weight and then you lose one pound, then you’ve reached your goal. Is that what you really wanted? Get clear. Be precise. Be specific.

            2. Measurable. Set goals that can be quantified in measurable units such as pounds, body fat percentage, lean body mass, inches and clothing sizes. Performance goals can include strength (lbs or kilos lifted) and repetitions completed. Don’t forget to include health goals as well, such as blood pressure and blood lipids.

            3. Accountable. Set goals you can be held accountable to. First be accountable to yourself by using a weekly progress chart, a daily nutrition diary and a training journal. Then double your motivation with external accountability and submit your results and journals to someone else who will hold you to your commitments.

4. Realistic. Set goals that are attainable and maintainable. If you lose two pounds of fat per week, you are doing awesome. 30 pounds in 30 days sounds great in the advertisements, but it is not typical, and rapid weight loss is likely to consist of muscle and water, not fat, and is nearly impossible to maintain.

            5. Time Bound. Set goals with deadlines. Time limits are highly motivating. With no time limit, there is no urgency for completion. Set goals for daily workouts and nutrition, weekly weight and body composition and 12 week changes in weight, body fat or measurements. Set long term goals as well for one year, five years and even beyond. For all time periods, be certain that your deadline is realistic.

Now we add some motivational ooompf for this year by making your goals even SMART-ER!

            6. Emotional. Goals give you a direction, but strong emotions are the propulsion system that drives you in that direction. Build up a burning desire by focusing on the emotional reasons why you want to achieve your goal. Connect your goals to your values. What’s most important to you about reaching your goal? If you reach 9% body fat, or whatever is your target, what will that do for you? What will your life look like then? How will it make you FEEL?

            7. Reviewed often. Resolutions fail because they are casually set once at the beginning of the year and easily forgotten. Stay laser-focused by writing and reading your goals every day. Repetition is one of the keys to re-programming your mental computer for success. Use the goal card technique. Write your single most important body or fitness goal on a small card, then carry it with you every where you go, reading it several times a day.

S.M.A.R.T.E.R. GOALS is a simple, memorable formula for goal setting and goal getting. It may not be new, but then again, there are no new fundamentals. Methods and tactics may change, but scientific principles of success never change. And don’t forget to make your goals even smarter this year. A goal that’s not strongly desired and kept in front of you every day will be forgotten. Stay focused, eat right, train hard and expect success!

“A goal that is casually set and lightly taken will be freely abandoned at the first obstacle.” – Zig Ziglar, Motivational Speaker

                                    Hi ,

I’m cheating a bit by sending this to you.

But my friend Fabrice let me get by with it after a little bit of pleading.

                                    The reason: You NEED this.

I knew I had to share it with you.

If you want to get more… A LOT more… out of your workouts….

…. I’m talking total body makeover in just 12 short weeks….

… and get it at LESS than half price…

                                    Listen up.

I’ve been around fitness for years. I get tons of letters from folks just like you.

You want to know what the number one concern is? –

                                    "How can I stay on-track?"

                                    You know the feeling.

A new study showed that over 82% of folks who workout will DECREASE their fitness level in 2009.

                                    They are literally going backward…

You get rolling on a fitness program and then something distracts you.

You’re right back where you started after just a few weeks… perhaps a month…

… and you deserve better than that.

                                    Here’s my solution for you…

… it’s a totally unique book and 12-week hand-holding fitness course designed to make SURE you get into your best shape…

… and walk into the New Year with the best body of your life.

This System comes to you by WEEKLY EMAILS — each workout, once a week, for 12 weeks.

The nutrition plan? Down to a science.
They give you an online database that takes less than 2 seconds to use…

…TONS of variety… and you will never, ever have to guess at how much to eat.

12 weeks of this kind of motivation and pre-planned success strategies.

                                    There’s more…

My friend is giving you over 100 exercise videos…over 700 dollars in freee bonuses…

…. and he’s going to let my readers have it at LESS than HALF PRICE.

                                    The new book?

                                    1 Rep Fitness:
12 Weeks To Your New Body!

                                    WAIT —

Do NOT go to the website yet.

The website IS in fact "1repfitness.com"…
but that is the FULL-PRICE website.

I want to send you to the discount page.

This will ensure you get the same exact 12-week System, all the bonuses, and more for LESS than HALF PRICE.

If you think this is some kind of cheesy promo…. think again.

Visit the homepage first to see the real price if you want.

Then YOU MUST go here –

This is not my book. But I highly recommend it. The System works perfect with my own program… and there’s three levels:

                                    …. beginner, intermediate and advanced.

                                    So… get started.

You’ll enter the New Year with a new body.

                                    Sincerely,
Lewis

                                    P.S. This is no joke.

The offer will disappear this Sunday.
Less than half price until then.

                                    Gone after that.

                                    No second chances. No exceptions.

It will never be offered again.

                                    Go now –

Review: "Total Body Makeover" PLUS The Brutally Honest Truth

 						———————————————————————————————————-

Lewis, we all need one…

… a "total makeover." At least at times.

You know… hit the stores. New clothes.
Hit the gym… new body. Renew the spirit and the mind.

                        A nice reboot.

I’m letting you in on this now… but I cannot reveal more until next month:

I’m about to shock the world with my end-of-year special on a total "life" makeover series.

                          It is simply stunning.

But we have to start with the body. And I wanted to give you a head start on my year-end special by doing another review.

This one is shorter than my last review and it also has a direct link to the book…. not an affiliate- link. I’ve made a small arrangement with the publisher… a ‘favor for a favor’ on this one as I have to pay my bills just like you do.

But still — it’s less $ in my pocket. A lot less.

I feel that these reviews really need to be as impartial as possible — and sometimes that means I do them without compensation.

Other times I do them for some form of compensation but not "full-commission" to pay the bills. Sometimes it’s just an aff link.

One thing you can always be sold on: I will never tell you about something that is lousy in order to "sell" a product.

                        Ever.

Man oh man… I have turned down… geez… must be about 7 figures in scumbag promo offers… lost count.

I’m not a multi-gazillionere but if I ever become one it will be because I’ve helped millions achieve a better life — better health, greater mental strength, and more.

So yeah … that will be nice.

And of course I promote my own products because they ROCK. I put my blood, sweat and tears into them all.

So the deal is this: If I review a book like "Total Body Makeover"
and tell you it’s solid, you can take that to the bank.

I will not run "counter-reviews". I do not play the "let’s be negative" game.

There’s an exception: My good friend Mike Geary ran a counter-review of a legitimately dangerous scam product that he felt compelled to warn his reader about. It concerned the ads you see for a product called "Acai."

That’s all I’m going to say about that, to quote Forrest Gump. ; )

Okay, on to the positive review:

                        And more brutal honesty.

"Total Body Makeover" is a great addition to your library for three simple reasons:

                        1. You get the detailed workouts and opinions of not one but EIGHT pro fitness trainers.

Look, I know most every one of these trainers. In fact I was asked to be a part of TBM but I was too busy with another project.

Craig Ballantyne — simply one of the best trainers I have ever known. The guy knows training inside and out. He creates some of the coolest workouts I’ve ever seen, especially for in-home and bodyweight
training.

Nick Nilsson… the "mad scientist" of bodybuilding. Seriously… this guy has invented more exercises than I USE in a year. Literally hundreds.

Rob Poulus: Another good friend and just rock-solid, real family-man kinda guy. Transformed his own body and shares how with his readers.

There’s more, but you get the gist.

                          Why multiple pro trainers?

Because not everyone can train the same way, I found this valuable.

For instance, there’s a section on working out in hotels and on the road that you can also apply at home. For those of you without a gym, this will be a lifesaver.

There’s hard-core workouts, workouts that focus more on cardio, and all the valid viewpoints that work from the pros who use them daily.

And it covers the "total body" — fatloss, body parts, specific plans, and more. Very complete all the way around.

                        2. The book is cheap – frankly speaking I would charge more than AtoZ Fitness is charging for the product.

                        3. The people behind the book are salt of the earth. I’ve known Lew and Sarah for years through our Internet ‘family’ of professional trainers.

They’ve both transformed their bodies (ironically using many of my programs along with the great stuff in Total Body Makeover) — and that says it all for me.

Role models rule. They’re good role models.

Here’s the direct-link to the page. Feel free to check the site registrar and you’ll find this is not a re-direct or anything…

Total Body Makeover <— Note this link is for you only if you want the immediate downloadable product and NOT the cd version. If you would like the cd with the free shipping and handling please use the link at the top or bottom of this e-mail

                        P.S. People ask me….

"Jon, do you get confused reading too many fitness and nutrition books?"

Good question. It can get confusing, but here’s my tips to end the confusion… and the reason I recommend multiple books rather than JUST my books for total success (and often without $ to me…)

                        — > Think of your fitness journey as a lifetime process. Just as you would not rely on one cookbook for a LIFETIME of cooking, you should not rely on one workout or nutrition book for a lifetime of fitness.

                        — > I use this rule: Look for ONE thing you can take away from any book or product that you can immediately put to use. Just one.
If you find three, that is even better….

                          … but one is enough.

Applying just one new idea can totally change your workouts and your life.

Example: I applied ONE idea from a book that I found pretty bland overall. Just one was all it took. That one idea literally DOUBLED my income over the course of a year.

Now, someone might have been tempted to return the product to the author and demand my cash… but no way. That one idea was worth it even though the rest of the book was pretty much crap.

If you get a really great book (like mine … of course… or like the ones I will be recommending to you) then you can find more than one idea, apply a few at a time and come back to a continual resource of
inspiration when you need it.

THAT is why I build a "Fitness Library" and do not simply rely on one or two books to get the job done.

I hope that makes perfect sense to you and that you take my work on TBM and add it to your library today –
