3 Secrets For Eating To Gain Muscle & Lose Fat
I can’t believe how many questions I get about how to eat for gaining muscle and losing fat. I think most people realize how important it is, thats why the majority of questions I get are on nutrition.

DO I NEED Online Personal Training?
Lately, I have received mails and personal messages from people who have read my inputs on forums and entries on my blogs, asking for personal guidance and exercise programs, as well as a nutrition program. Some ask me because they are not satisfied with their gym’s trainer, some don’t dare ask a question in person, others have no gym membership or trainers and wonder how to get started, and there are those who have been training for a long time and have become bored with their routine and/ or reached a plateau.

It happened again this morning, another victim claimed by the flat bench press. My buddy called and told me he tore his pec while benching heavy over the weekend. It didn’t shock me at all. This lift has been destroying shoulders and tearing pecs since the beginning.
Back in the golden days of the Iron Game, when the military press was the upper body exercise of choice, nobody ever heard of rotator cuff injuries or pec tears. It was only after the bench press achieved extreme popularity that shoulders and pecs started getting obliterated at record rates.

ou are not stupid so I am not going to try to treat you as if you are. I am not going to oversimplify things the way so many internet and magazine articles do when it comes to your most important food source, carbohydrates.
Most writers approach this as if there is a one size fits all and every time approach to carbs.

Jon Benson wrote EODD. He then listened to his readers and clients and changed it to EODD 2.0 SNAPP! which is a … well, it’s a snap! However, no plan is perfect; no one plan is going to be the plan for everyone. Jon therefore told the readers of EODD 2.0 to feel free to adapt the plan to suit them, but more importantly, to submit the information of what they changed to him, telling him not only what they did, but why and also how it worked for them in terms of fat burning and muscle building.,

The Problem with Weight Loss: Your Body Will Do The Opposite.
Homeostasis is the property of a living organism, that regulates its internal environment so as to maintain a stable, constant condition.
When you don’t drink enough water in the short term — often the body retains water. It attempts to maintain homeostasis by counteracting the stresses we put on it.
When you drink a lot of extra water - your body excretes more water to maintain balance.

What’s missing in BFFM that’s covered here and vice versa?
Is The Body Fat Solution just a re-hash of BFFM?
Also, most important, who is the intended audience of The Body Fat
Solution, and BFFM, and how do they differ?
