Lately, I have received mails and personal messages from people who have read my inputs on forums and entries on my blogs, asking for personal guidance and exercise programs, as well as a nutrition program. Some ask me because they are not satisfied with their gym’s trainer, some don’t dare ask a question in person, others have no gym membership or trainers and wonder how to get started, and there are those who have been training for a long time and have become bored with their routine and/ or reached a plateau.
