     Ever been laughed at Lewis?
     
     Usually it's no fun to be laughed at unless
     you're intending to be funny, right?
     
     The other day was an exception to the rule.
     
     This guy had been noticing me in the gym.
     I'd come in and leave before he was done
     with his warm-up routine.
     
     Of course this is not uncommon for me. I
     use a combination of traditional workouts
     along with my own super-timesaver workout
     System that thousands are using.

     My good friend Mike Geary, author of "Truth
     About Abs", wrote a short piece in his
     newsletter today about my super-short
     and incredibly effective workouts.
     
     Unlike the guy in the gym, Mike is both a
     professional trainer and author. Loves this
     shorter method of training. It's "the
     honest workout" approach.
     
     Honest meaning "brief and challenging."
     
     Anyway, back to the guy in the gym.
     
     The other day he literally laughed at me
     while I was walking in the door!
     
          "So, you here for another warm-up
          workout man? Care to stick around
          long enough to break a sweat today?"
     
     I just smiled.
     
     And took off my jacket.
     
     Then my sweats.
     
     Yeah... I probably flexed once or twice,
     pretending I was just ... you know...
     "warming up..."  hah....
     
          He stopped laughing.
     
     Then I asked him if I could borrow his
     weight belt for 7 minutes.
     
          "Oh... it's probably too big for you bro."
     
     All of a sudden I was his "bro."
     
     And he was right:  It was too big.
     
     You see, all those hours he spent on bench
     pressing and cardio didn't give this guy a
     good body or a good workout.
     
          All it gave him was a inflated ego.
     
     And inflated egos usually lead to huge
     let-downs.
     
     My father taught me all about working hard.
     My work ethic is probably overkill if
     anything. I really love what I do, and I
     trust that comes out in my words and in my
     books and products.
     
     But I work smart and hard.
     
     Maybe you've heard that expression:
     
          "Work smart, not hard."
     
     It's nonsense if you ask me. You have to
     work both smart and hard. You just do not
     have to work LONG, at least when it comes
     to working out and getting the body you
     desire.
     
     Smart. Hard....sure.
     
          Not long.
     
     At least not long all the time. I will walk
     for 45 minutes for health and to burn off
     extra bodyfat. But my workouts are between
     7 and 21 minutes 75% of the time.
     
     That's all it takes. And that includes
     cardio in most cases (which is 9 minutes.)
     
     The rest is nutrition.
