<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> 																<span lang="EN-US"> 																When Jeff &ldquo;The  																Muscle Nerd&rdquo;  																Anderson  																launched his  																program, he also  																launched a  																challenge, and  																more or less  																dared Lewis and  																I to join. I was  																game from day 1,  																Lewis was a  																little more  																hesitant at  																first, but we  																both jumped in.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> 																<span lang="EN-US"> 																You don&rsquo;t get an  																actual meal  																plan, just  																nutritional  																guidelines;  																there is no  																calculating or  																measuring or  																weighing &ndash; the  																soldiers just  																have to take  																what&rsquo;s available  																to them, so it  																makes sense to  																learn simply  																what to do with  																what you have in  																front of you, be  																that at a  																buffet, on a  																restaurant menu  																or at a  																friend/family  																meal; heck, even  																faced with your  																own kitchen&rsquo;s  																content  																sometimes.</span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> 																<span lang="EN-US"> 																As far as the  																workouts, I&rsquo;ll  																willingly admit  																they look a  																little  																intimidating at  																first; however,  																once you dive in  																and just follow  																orders, they&rsquo;re  																not that  																complicated at  																all. Most are  																bodyweight  																exercises, some  																dumbbells may be  																required, or if  																you have a gym  																membership you  																can also use  																certain machines  																and/or free  																weights.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> 																<span lang="EN-US"> 																There are  																different levels  																of &ldquo;hardship&rdquo;  																each with their  																own sub-levels.  																This makes it  																easy to find  																your perfect  																workout, as well  																as progress as  																the weeks go by.  																Beginner Level  																is 1, 2 or 3;  																you then go on  																to Novice which  																is split into 3  																sub-levels as  																well, the lowest  																(1) being a  																little harder  																than Beginner 3;  																and the Advanced  																is the same 1, 2  																and 3 sub-levels  																as well. </span> 																</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> 																<span lang="EN-US"> 																Lewis has stuck  																with this  																workout program  																ever since March  																2008; that&rsquo;s how  																much he enjoys  																it (we are now  																mid-July 2009).  																I enjoyed it  																while I did the  																challenge, and  																we both dropped  																a fair amount of  																excess fat by  																following Jeff&rsquo;s  																drills. <p>I chose to participate in. We had both gone off our training and diet programs for <br />
a while and Jeff&#8217;s new military style structured program was JUST what we needed to get our <br />
A** back in gear.</p>
<p>What I love about Jeff&#8217;s program is that since I have very little time left each day it is just 3<br />
short brief workouts a week with no added cardio. Also each workout is fun to see how you<br />
can better yourself each week on your reps and weights. (Note Jeff gives you the choice of<br />
doing bodyweight exercises or alternative weightlifting exercises. I chose to combine the two<br />
choices together to make it a bit more challenging. Just as an example when i started this<br />

and 6 months later it is now Jan. 1st 2009 and I kept off all 35 lbs I lost.</p>
