I’ve been reading a really great book this week. With the hours I work, I’m only able to read so much per day, but I’m loving every page.
It’s always fun to see someone actually dare say out loud what many suspect and many know but mindfully suppress from common knowledge.
What I am talking about, is Mike Geary’s new Fat Burning Kitchen e-book.
Most of the things on his “do not have in the house” lists I already do not have in the house. The reasons have been either explained in other books (partially) or the information gathered from here and there on the Internet.

He has written a program the like of which I’ve never seen.
Sure, there are lots of training programs out there, you know that as well as I do. When I got my hands on this one, I was puzzled though.
All I had were the basics, and training programs for 1 week. Three versions (2, 3 and 4-day programs) for men, three for women. But … this is a 12-week program, where was the rest of it? Why were there different programs for men and women?
Jon Benson’s Every other Day Diet e-book review
I’ve told you about Jon Benson’s Every Other Day Diet (EODD) before, and both Lewis and I have been using the easy-to-follow principles for months now. What is it, half a year or more? Now, Jon Benson didn’t just sit back and relax, happy to have shared his EODD with everyone. No, he sat down and worked some more.
The result is the new, revised EODD 2.0 which is so radically different from the original version that we’re almost talking about two different books and plans altogether. In this version, you even find out what Jon himself eats in a day; and when you see a picture of this lean and muscular former fatty (his words), you just know that it’s within reach for everyone to get to the degree of leanness we want.

What I changed about EODD 2.0 SNAPP!
Jon Benson wrote EODD. He then listened to his readers and clients and changed it to EODD 2.0 SNAPP! which is a … well, it’s a snap! However, no plan is perfect; no one plan is going to be the plan for everyone. Jon therefore told the readers of EODD 2.0 to feel free to adapt the plan to suit them, but more importantly, to submit the information of what they changed to him, telling him not only what they did, but why and also how it worked for them in terms of fat burning and muscle building.,

This book is crazy! I mean that in a good way of course. The introduction starts out saying you can drop 17 lbs in the following 4 weeks … that is huge!
Obviously not something you’ll follow forever, this plan is designed for fast fat loss, warp speed it is. I don’t know about you, but warp speed … it conjures up images of space ships zooming away into space so fast you can’t even see them. Well, a 17-pound drop in fat in 4 weeks sounds like it’s pretty close to that zooming space ship! And also something we’ll all want to see on our own scales.
