The Worst Ab Exercise Ever – Do Not Do This if You Ever Want Six Pack Abs

It is a universally known fact that California is known for its beaches and pretty women. West Los Angeles in particular, is a known hot spot for sun, surfing, and fun, but that fun can turn into a nightmare if your body is not ready when the surf is up! I was at my buddies house in Malibu this past weekend because we were supposed to go surfing that morning, and when I got there he came to the door with this weird belt around his waist that had suction cups and the whole deal. He told me to hold on for 10 minutes because he had to finish his abs workout and then he went into the other room and proceeded to strap himself into this upside down machine and started wiggling around like a fish out of water.

Just thought I would drop you a line and give you some more great strategies that will help you get a lean, well defined mid-section…and you guessed right…I wont be telling you to do any crunches! Just about every day, people ask me “what is the best workout for your abs?” Or, “What do you do for your abs to lose fat?”

My standard answer is NO workout is the best! After people get over the initial shock, they usually get annoyed and ask why not, or call me a liar! Regardless of what I say, people will always believe that doing crunches and sit-ups is the best way to develop their abs and all they need to do is just get their hands on a good abs workout and they will be ok!
