As it turns out, the 5 minute mini-circuit is one of the most
effective things you can do for rapid fat loss. In truth, many
people who are overweight lack the proper stamina to hit
"full capacity" for 20-60 minutes straight, with only small
rest breaks in between.
By properly heating your system (i.e. a walk around the block)

Perform each exercise sequentially without rest break
50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest per exercise
Switch exercises during each 'rest break'
