Do you actually customize programs or is this package a database of ready made workouts?

BOTH! Some clients prefer to ready made programs that I can alter to suit their needs where other members require brand new programs to suit their health and fitness goals. I found that members wanted both options so that's exactly what I've included in these packages.

How do I know if there's program to suit my needs? Do you cater for my particular goals?

In the FEATURES LIST below there is a compilation of the programs / goals currently available and catered for. All of the current programs and workouts can be tailored to suit YOUR requirements. As a clients fitness and training experience increases I often create brand new workouts and programs for them to ensure they can continue to progress - at no extra cost! That's right - it's all comes included in your membership package!
Do the eating plans require special food that may not be available where I live?

The low fat eating plans I have created are easy to follow plans that can be used virtually anywhere. Whether you are located in the United States, Australia, Europe -- as long as you have access to a supermarket, restaurant, lunch house, pretty much any place that has fruit, veggies, your basic groceries, eggs, poultry, meat and fish etc then you're set to kick some eating plan butt!
I am not very fit? Does that matter?

No it doesn't. Virtual Fitness Trainer's Online Personal Training & Health and Fitness Membership caters for fitness levels starting with "overfatness" (obesity) sufferers, members who may not have exercised in years, to those who participate in regular activity such as a team sport through to members who want to concentrate on more specific body shaping training, or who already enjoy working out but are finding that they aren't getting the results they want... there's even extreme fitness programs!

I only have dumbbells and a bench, do I need to purchase more gym equipment? Will I need a gym membership?

One of the great things about this package is that you'll not only benefit from the savings of this quality personal training package but you'll also save money on not having to purchase expensive gym equipment.

If you already have gym equipment at home or a gym membership then I'll show you how to make full use of them. The programs within the private site membership include workouts using baked bean cans, using just a set of dumbbells, training using a brand new fully equipped multi-station gym at your home or office through to training at a Fitness Center full of exercise equipment. That's right! In one fowl swoop I have diminished that good ol excuse of "I can't get into shape because I can't afford any gym equipment"! :-)

Does this package include Over 50's programs?

It sure does! Workouts range from Chair Bound and Chair Assisted through to weight training and low impact aerobics. Catering for increased balanced, functional movements, flexibility, co-ordination while also taking into consideration medical conditions such as cardiovascular or respiratory disease, Hypertension, Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoporosis.
How does the online personal training support work? Will I be able to contact a personal trainer when I need help?

Yes, there are a few online personal training support options...

Support via Email. I can be contacted via email whenever you need a hand and am always happy to help guide you through the Membership Private Site as well assisting with tailoring programs to suit your needs through to updating workouts and eating plans.

Support via Support Forums / Discussion Boards which include General Help, Low Fat Eating, Low Fat Recipes, Workouts and Training, Motivation and Getting Started.. just to name a few of the categories provided for you to ask away, 24 hours per day, with any queries and discussions regarding your programs.

Support chat is also included, for those times when you prefer to speak with me one to one regarding program assistance.

I only have access to the net a few times per week - what are my options?

Being able to "print and take away" your workout is not only convenient but a fantastic option if you aren't connected to the net at home or rely on other sources, such as work, for your internet access. Some members that share their computers with their children and other family members find that printing their workouts has come in very handy when they've needed to fit their training in between family committments and work etc. It's also very useful if you have a gym membership and want to take your workouts with you to follow while you're training.
If I live in another country am I still able to train using your online package?

Yes! As long as you have access to the internet on an occasional basis, whether it be via an internet cafe, your home or work connection you can log into the Members Private Site using your unique user name and password which you are presented with on joining.

Is this one of those programs where I replace all my meals with shakes and only have one real meal per day?

Definately not! The eating plans are designed to include around 5-6 balanced meals per day including ingredients such as chicken, fish, fruit, veggies, rice, breads, cereals, red meat, dairy - normal food. :-) If someone is lacking something, for example protein, in their plan I would suggest using a shake along with food such as... protein shake, salad and veggies etc. However I prefer my clients to use real food sources as much as possible.

The goal of my eating plans is to create healthy effective long term eating habits that create a higher metabolism.

The last program I participated in I spent a fortune on pills? Do the programs included require me to buy fat burners and other pills etc?

No way! In fact taking diet pills would defeat the whole purpose of what we're trying to achieve - which is "naturally upping your fat burning potential" - completely drug free!
