    Good article on 'The Plateau' I have been training for about 10 years and I did'nt know about why I have Plateaued with my Training. So what your saying is that Frequency, Intensity and Variety are the most important things. I will try your ideas out and let you know via E-mail what impact it has had on my training. I need motivating to do my 30mins C.V. 3 times a week!! Interesting site though, Well Done.
