Our aim here at the center is the physical and mental well being of our clients throughout their lives, especially during those times when their bodies are changing due to childbearing, pre-menopause and menopause. We teach fitness for the health's sake for strength, sanity and wholeness. Our childbearing programs reflect our philosophies by incorporating essential exercises as well as relaxation, breathing and visualization. Classes, videos and books on each of our programs are available through the center. Class sizes are kept small as to allow individual attention from the instructor.
